Returns and Refund Policy

At TheHomece, we ensure that all products sold are brand new, authentic, and quality-checked before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to assist you.


Return & Exchange Policy

  • All home décor and home category products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

  • Products eligible for exchange must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • Returned in original packaging with all tags intact

    • Accompanied by the original invoice/bill and transaction details

  • Return pickup charges will be borne by TheHomece only in cases of damaged or incorrectly delivered products.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 working hours.

Please note: Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange request.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not offered for orders once placed, due to the time, craftsmanship, and labor involved in preparing each product.

  • Refunds are processed only in cases of fulfillment errors, such as:

    • Incorrect product shipped

    • Missing items in the order

  • Upon approval of a return:

    • A credit note will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected

    • The credit note will be valid for 12 months and can be used on our website

    • Alternatively, the product may be exchanged for another available item


Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of acceptance.


Important Notes

  • Products showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or missing original packaging/tags will not be accepted.

  • TheHomece reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not meet the above criteria.
